Before you contact us

To resolve your issue faster, include:

  • App name: Notetive
  • App version
  • Device model
  • OS version (iOS or macOS)
  • A short description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce
  • A screenshot or screen recording (if possible)

Common questions

1) My notes are not syncing

  • Make sure iCloud is enabled on your device.
  • Confirm you are signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices.
  • Open Notetive and trigger a sync again.
  • Check your network connection.

2) I cannot find a note

  • Use search in the note list.
  • Check filters (Favorites, Recents, Folders, Tags).
  • Make sure you are in the correct Space.

3) The app is slow or not updating

  • Force quit and reopen Notetive.
  • Restart the device.
  • Update to the latest app and OS version.

4) How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email support@notetive.com with:

  • A clear title (bug or feature)
  • What you expected to happen
  • What happened instead
