Common questions
1) My notes are not syncing
- Make sure iCloud is enabled on your device.
- Confirm you are signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices.
- Open Notetive and trigger a sync again.
- Check your network connection.
2) I cannot find a note
- Use search in the note list.
- Check filters (Favorites, Recents, Folders, Tags).
- Make sure you are in the correct Space.
3) The app is slow or not updating
- Force quit and reopen Notetive.
- Restart the device.
- Update to the latest app and OS version.
4) How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email support@notetive.com with:
- A clear title (bug or feature)
- What you expected to happen
- What happened instead
